Domain Names

A domain name is like registering a name for your business on the web - these are followed by a 'com' (for commercial). There are other international domain names:'org' for organisations, 'net' for internet related sites, 'biz' for businesses and 'info' for information. Every country also has it's own domain and the Irish domain is 'ie'. The UK is: co.uk for business sites. 'de' is for Germany, and 'eu' is for Europe.

Hosting

Once you have registered your domain name and your web site is built, you'll need to place it on a server. A server is a computer that anybody can access by typing in - www.example.com. They then connect to the server and can view any web sites that are located on that server. Hosting is another name for this service, and includes services that help you configure email and track users.

This is a single page site. Can be used for advertising purposes, personal/public site . This price includes domain of your choice.

Domain and hosting costs will be paid for one year, and then transfered to you. (+ €65 for a: ie, domain)

Basic €400

The basic package - hosting; a website, the design -a selected template /see 'templates'. This package includes a .com domain.

Domain and hosting costs will be paid for one year, and then transfered to you.

Advanced €500

The advanced package - hosting; and a template based website. . This package includes an .ie or .com domain.

Domain and hosting costs paid for one year, and then transfered to you.

Large €700

The large package includes hosting; anda custom-designed website.

We will also provide you with free search engine submission. This package also includes a .ie or .com domain. Domain and hosting costs will be paid for one year, and then transfered to you.

Updating Service

We also provide an updating service of websites, where we update information . This service is available for ALL websites, not only CBWD projects.

The price packages are priced in weeks and months. Weeks - we update the information on your site once a week, months - we update the information on your site once a month, 6 months we update once every 6 months for a year.

Once a week: €120 euro for a 12 week update.

Once a month: €60 for a 6 month update.

Once every 6 months €99 for a 12 month update
